Auvia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market.
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
(c) Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service (URL or description sufficient for us to locate it).
(d) Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
(f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

If your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Auvia will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Filing a false DMCA claim may result in liability for damages. Please consult a legal adviser before sending a notice if you are unsure whether material is infringing.
