Welcome to Auvia ("the Service", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@auvia.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Service offers a free tier (ad-supported) and a Premium subscription (€7/month, ad-free). Prices are in EUR and exclude any applicable local taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
Artists who upload content to the Service earn a fixed per-stream royalty rate as published in the Artist Studio. Earnings are estimates and not guaranteed. Auvia reserves the right to adjust royalty rates with 30 days' notice. Payouts require a minimum balance of €10 and are subject to verification and admin approval.
Advertisers purchase ad credits at the account level and are subject to the Ad Policies. Auvia reserves the right to reject or remove any ad campaign that violates our guidelines without refund.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Auvia a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You must not: (a) stream-manipulate or inflate play counts artificially; (b) upload content you do not own or have rights to; (c) use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing; (d) circumvent geo-restrictions, DRM, or rate limits; (e) scrape the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for material breaches of these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auvia's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) €50 or (b) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
