If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase. To exercise this right, email billing@auvia.app within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund the full amount within 5 business days. Note that if you have already accessed Premium features (ad-free listening, high-quality audio, or lyrics), the right of withdrawal is partially waived in proportion to use.
Outside the 14-day statutory period, Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current period.
Ad credits are non-refundable once purchased, except: (a) in the event of a technical error causing credit not to be delivered; (b) if a campaign is rejected by our moderation team within 48 hours of purchase and no impressions have been served — in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. Partially used campaign credits are not refundable.
Email billing@auvia.app with your account email and the relevant transaction ID. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
