Auvia is built on music and creativity. These guidelines exist to keep it that way for everyone.
Original music and creative content you own or have licensed rights to. Diverse genres, languages, and cultures. Constructive feedback and collaboration between artists. Fair and transparent advertising that adds value to listeners.
Copyright infringement — only upload music you own or have explicit permission to distribute.
Hateful content — no music or ads that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Explicit content without labelling — mark all explicit tracks as such at upload.
Stream manipulation — artificial inflation of play counts through bots, scripts, or coordinated schemes.
Misleading ads — all ad content must accurately represent the product or service being promoted.
Spam and malware — no unsolicited promotional content or links to harmful software.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity. Repeat violations will result in permanent bans. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.
To report content that violates these guidelines, email trust@auvia.app with a link to the content and a description of the issue.
